Long Distance Movers

Last Minute Long Distance Movers

Yuting had scheduled a mover to pick up her possessions in Ann Arbor so that they could be moved to New Jersey (literally right across the river from New York City.) But they flaked out on her, which is typical when you book your move through a moving broker as Yuting had.

However, she was referred to U-Save Moving and Storage and her day and moved were saved.

Of course we had to charge more than she originally had planned because of the last minute nature and the fact that we were moving her across the country. We hated having to do this to her but her move had to be a dedicated move and it takes money for the high fuel prices and payroll and insurance and so on. Fortunately for us, and for her, she agreed.

The great thing for Yuting is that we made virtually painless for her. We catered to her schedule, we assisted her in re-assembling her bed and desk that had to be taken apart. We did everything that a great mover should do.

So there are a couple of lessens to be learned from this:

1. Don't use cheap moving brokers for your move. They cost more in the long run. And,
2. Go with a trusted mover for your long distance moves (like U-Save Moving and Storage!)

I invite you to contact us by visiting our website or give us a call at 330.887.2834. We'll talk with you and figure out the best and most affordable moving solution for you and maybe you'll hire U-Save Moving and Storage as your .

  1. Movers can be found all over the Internet and each one might be a bit different from the next. It's best to contact a few different companies, so that you can compare the services and prices of each.
